This Privacy Policy explains how Panicci Ventures ("Panicci Ventures," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit our website, request a free audit, book a call, or otherwise interact with us. We built this policy to be clear and honest about exactly what happens to your information. By using our website or services, you agree to the practices described here.
01 Who we are & the scope of this policy
Panicci Ventures is a full-suite SEO, AEO, and GEO marketing agency serving businesses across the United States. This policy applies to our public website (the "Site") and to the information we handle when you contact us, run a free audit, subscribe to communications, or become a client.
When we provide services to a client, we may process information on that client's own websites, analytics accounts, or search-tool accounts. That processing is governed by our agreement with the client, and the client is responsible for the privacy notices on their own properties. This policy covers the information Panicci Ventures collects directly through the Site and our own business operations.
02 Information we collect
Information you provide to us
- Free audit requests. When you use the audit tool, you enter a website address (domain). If you choose to receive the full report, you also provide your email address. Providing your email is optional: you can run the instant audit without it.
- Scheduling a call. When you book a strategy call, you provide the details required by our scheduling provider, which typically include your name, email address, and any information you add to the booking (such as your business or a message).
- Direct contact. If you email us or otherwise reach out, we receive the information you include in your message.
- Client onboarding. If you become a client, we collect the business and billing information needed to deliver and administer our services.
Information collected automatically
- Log and usage data. Like most websites, our hosting and service providers may automatically record technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device information, referring pages, and the pages you view, for security, diagnostics, and to keep the Site working.
- Analytics. Where enabled, we may use privacy-conscious analytics to understand aggregate Site usage (for example, which pages are visited). We use this to improve the Site, not to build detailed profiles of individuals.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information (such as government IDs, health, or financial account numbers) through the Site, and we ask that you not send it to us through web forms or email.
04 How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Run the audit you request and, if you opted in, send your full report and related follow-up.
- Respond to your inquiries, schedule and hold strategy calls, and provide the services you ask for.
- Operate, secure, maintain, and improve our Site and services.
- Send you communications you've requested and, where permitted, relevant marketing about our services. You can opt out at any time.
- Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, security issues, and technical problems.
- Comply with our legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
For visitors in the European Economic Area (EEA) or United Kingdom, we rely on the following legal bases: your consent (which you can withdraw); performance of a contract with you or steps taken at your request; our legitimate interests in operating and improving our business (balanced against your rights); and compliance with legal obligations.

07 Data retention
We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy: to respond to you, deliver requested reports and services, meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When we no longer need it, we delete it or de-identify it. Retention periods vary depending on the type of information and the reason we hold it.
08 Data security
We take reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect your information against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, including using reputable service providers and encrypted connections (HTTPS) for our Site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please help protect yourself by not sending sensitive personal information through web forms or email.
09 Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights regarding your personal information:
- Access a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Delete your personal information, subject to certain exceptions.
- Opt out of marketing communications at any time (use the unsubscribe link or contact us).
- Portability. Receive certain information in a portable format.
- Withdraw consent where we rely on it, without affecting prior processing.
California residents (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose; to request deletion or correction; and to be free from discrimination for exercising your rights. We do not sell or share your personal information as those terms are defined under California law. You may exercise your rights by contacting us using the details in Section 15, and you may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf.
EEA & UK residents (GDPR)
If you are in the EEA or UK, in addition to the rights above you may object to or request restriction of certain processing, and you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. We rely on the legal bases described in Section 4.
To exercise any right, contact us at the address in Section 16. We will verify your request and respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
10 Sale & sharing of personal information
Panicci Ventures does not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We have not done so in the preceding twelve months. If this ever changes, we will update this policy and provide any opt-out rights required by law before doing so.
11 Text messaging (SMS) and mobile information
We send text messages only to people who have opted in, through one of these methods, and each has its own consent:
- Website opt-in (Panicci Ventures marketing). If you enter your mobile number on a Panicci Ventures web form — such as the free website grader at grader.panicciventures.com — and actively check the optional marketing-consent box (it is never pre-checked and is separate from any other choice on the form), we text you occasional SEO tips, special offers, and promotions about our services. You can also opt in by texting START to (702) 527-2710. This marketing consent is optional and is not a condition of any purchase or of receiving your audit results, which we deliver by email.
- Guests who call a business (Signal). Panicci Ventures operates Signal, a call-tracking and phone-answering service used by our clients. If you call a business that uses Signal and ask, during that call, for a booking link, an ordering link, or similar information to be sent to you by text, we send that message to the number you are calling from. Consent is given verbally on the call, and nothing is sent unless you ask for it.
- Business owners and staff (Signal). Owners and managers can enter their own mobile number in the Signal dashboard to receive operational alerts about their own business, such as a missed call or a daily summary of call activity. They can remove that number at any time.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We use a communications provider (Twilio) to deliver these messages on our behalf. Twilio processes the message content and phone number only to transmit the message. We do not sell, rent, or share phone numbers collected for text messaging, and we do not use them for marketing to people who have not asked to hear from us.
Message frequency varies and depends on your activity; website-update subscribers receive up to about 6 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time, or HELP for assistance. Full program details are in our SMS Terms & Conditions.
12 Children's privacy
Our Site and services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
13 Third-party links
Our Site may link to third-party websites and tools that we do not control, including our scheduling provider and search dashboard. This policy does not apply to those sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party site you visit.
14 International users
We are based in the United States, and our providers may process and store information in the United States and other countries. If you access the Site from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.
15 Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page, and, if the changes are material, we will provide a more prominent notice. Your continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
