Nevada State University Workforce Development, ready for launch day
NSU's Workforce Development team had new programs launching in mid-October and a short runway. We built the Canvas course, trained the instructors, wrote the guides and designed the creative, all on NSU's brand and on deadline.

"I'm blown away!"
Tansy Rabijahed, Program Coordinator, Workforce Development, Nevada State UniversityThe challenge
Workforce Development was standing up new programs and needed everything around them to be ready at the same time: a place to teach, instructors who were comfortable in it, and marketing that looked like Nevada State. The team is small, the calendar was fixed, and every piece had to follow the university's Visual Brand Protocol.
What we built
1. A branded Canvas course shell
We designed and built a branded Canvas course shell, starting with the one for Launch Lab, Innovation Henderson's program. Innovation Henderson owns the program and its curriculum. Our job was the home it lives in: clean navigation, consistent module structure and NSU branding, so students know where everything is from day one.
2. Instructor training
A live Canvas demo for instructors on September 1, followed by short recorded walkthroughs they can rewatch whenever they need them. The goal: instructors confident in Canvas before the first class.
3. Plain-English Canvas guides
Two guides, one for students and one for instructors, delivered October 1. No jargon, written for someone opening Canvas for the first time.
4. Creative on deadline
Course creative for the new AI program, plus a quarter-page print ad in NSU Gold and Black with a QR code straight to the program page. That ad went from request to finished file in about an hour.
"These are phenomenal!"
Tansy Rabijahed, Program Coordinator, Workforce Development, Nevada State University5. What's next
A flyer system, a program brochure with QR codes, WordPress landing page designs for the new programs, and a possible YouTube channel for course content.

Why it worked
One person owned the whole thing, from the LMS to the print ad. Tansy never had to brief three vendors or chase a handoff. When something was needed, it got turned around the same day, in brand, ready to use.
That's the A to C promise. You bring the idea and the deadline. We bring it to life.
